sub envy

jesse is off on thursdays so i work a loooooooong (re: 11 hour) day. i absolutely HATE to go that long without seeing judah so they usually come by my office and bring me lunch. this time it was subway chicken breast and it must have looked familiarly delicious to judah who is now eating chicken in his stage 2 baby foods and who's always been up for a good breast.

every time i went to take a bite he would open his mouth and try to redirect my hand onto his alternate course

it was kind of pathetic. i would be taking a bite and he would just be sitting there with his mouth open

i swear we feed him

you can see in this picture there is a huge chunk of bread missing from the top. i put the sandwich down on my desk for 2 seconds and the little raptor ripped a huge shred of bread right out of it. i should have let him have a jalapeno bite. that would have taught him. he didn't even enjoy his stolen 9-grain nugget.
